We pride ourselves on our knowledge of the safety industry, most of our staff have been in the industry for a very long time, and welcome the opportunity to not only help and guide you as to your suitable PPE and safety clothing selection, but also bring new innovative products to market. We are not a ‘stock it high and sell it cheap’ mass market flooder, we are the ‘safety experts’ here to help and advise.
Safety Clothing
We supply a range of protective clothing including Chemical, Arc Flash, Flame retardant (FR) and Anti-static, plus High-visibility garments. Workwear
Our in-house embroidery department can apply your logo quickly to most garments, including polos, jackets, shirts, trousers and caps. Your full uniforms requirements with or without branding can be met, including manpacking.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Equipment for working in confined spaces, both breathing apparatus and escape sets are available, as well as fall arrest equipment, harnesses and anchors. We stock a wide variety of helmets, safety spectacles/goggles and ear plugs to suit all situations. Contact our respiratory team for advice on powered respirators (both battery & airline), disposable masks and the BLS range of full & half face masks, or to book a Face Fit testing session.
Footwear
We have a selection of safety footwear including microfibre, non-metallic, waterproof, chemical wellingtons, other hazardous safety footwear and a ladies range. Popular brands include Cofra, Lightyear footwear and the hi-viz Brightboot collection.
Safety Gloves
We have an array of gloves – chemical, ESD, grip, sterile, heat & cold protection, cut resistant and disposable. Our knowledgeable team will help find the solution for your workforce, providing samples for trials if needed, and sourcing from a variety of brands including UCi, Polyco, Mapa, Honeywell and Ansell.
Gas Detection
We work with our sister company 20point9 to provide a comprehensive range of gas detectors & calibration services, including the zero calibration Simple monitors and other specialist gas detectors.
Workplace safety & Janitorial
We supply essential equipment such as fire extinguishers, and spill control kits and traffic management solutions, as well as packaging equipment, winter supplies and storage cabinets for chemicals and PPE. Wise Safety offers on-site Face Fit Testing (both qualitative and quantitative) and training courses including First aid and Confined Space training. Our janitorial supplies include paper products, house-keeping supplies and washroom hygiene.
First aid
Medical equipment and first aid kits are displayed on our website, including the new Critical Injury Packs. Call our sales team for any defibrillator enquiries, or other products not listed on our website.
Signs & Lockout Tagout
Email our team about bespoke signs, or order from the range of standard signs online. We also offer Scafftag solutions to complement our full Lockout Tagout range, including Hasps, lockboxes, lockout stations, electrical lockout and more. Our FOC stores management system is the perfect solution to increase your efficiency, reduce costs, ensure compliance with standards and improve safety continuity for all your PPE, safety equipment and clothing on site. We will personally tailor the solution to make it work for your site. The basic principle is that we visit weekly, count your stock, then restock up to your pre-agreed optimum levels at your set prices. We offer single monthly invoices to reduce your admin costs and will provide full usage and expense reports. We’ve tried and tested this solution over the years, it works!
